INLPTA/IAAPT Certified Practitioner of NLP course synopsis
By the end of the 14 day course you will have been taught the following skills:
Self awareness
You will be taught how to:
- establish and achieve well-formed personal outcomes
- establish and maintain useful states using a variety of means
- enhance and utilise your conscious-unconscious relationship
- recognise and usefully interrupt your own verbal and non-verbal patterns
- separate your perceptions into useful constituent components and levels
- take ownership of your role in any interaction
- balance your level of confidence with your level of competence
- utilise multiple perceptual positions/descriptions
Awareness of others
Here you will be taught to:
- establish and maintain an appropriate level of rapport
- operate out of the presuppositions of NLP
- track someone else's model of the world and offer them a greater range of choice in the direction of their outcome
- calibrate and utilise another person's state to support them in achieving their outcome
- check and explore the ecology of another person's outcomes and actions
- recognise and usefully lead another persons verbal and non verbal patterns
As you can see from the above, to learn and fully integrate these skills will give you enormous flexibility and power when dealing with other people, whether in a coaching setting, a training setting or a business setting. The above criteria are laid down by INLPTA/IAAPT as the standards you will need to reach in order to be certified as an INLPTA/IAAPT practitioner of NLP. It is our job to ensure that you fully reach those standards through a comprehensive, sometimes challenging, but very enjoyable learning experience.
